“Mitoyotsuru TOJI” is an accommodation facility that has been renovated from a sake brewery that was founded in 1877 and used to produce the Japanese sake “Mitoyotsuru.”
The cauldrons and tools used for sake brewing are used in the interior, allowing you to enjoy the atmosphere of the historic building.
Particularly attractive is the “brewing public bath” where you can experience a simulated experience of the sake brewing process. The baths and cold baths use water that was actually used for sake brewing, allowing for a special relaxing experience that is different from a hot spring.
