History
“Sanuki Ramen Ibuki Iriko Center” opened on November 18, 2019 as “Hamado Kanonji Port Store”.
Originally, Kida Kenzai Co., Ltd. Worked on Vacant house renovation Part It started as , but this place is actually going to be renovated. Until about 15 years ago It was a restaurant that was loved by the locals.
The udon noodles and tamagoyaki are popular, and customers who know the atmosphere of the past often visit the restaurant feeling nostalgic.
Since 2016, Kida Kenzai Co., Ltd. has been operating a guesthouse business that renovated vacant houses, and operates multiple guesthouses in the Mitoyo/Kannonji area in western Kagawa Prefecture.
That From a guest People were saying, “There’s no place to eat breakfast,” so the president, Mr. Kida, was talking to the general manager while eating ramen at Hamado, a restaurant famous for morning ramen in Mitoyo City, Kagawa Prefecture, when, at the perfect time, he heard about a vacant property in Kanonji Port.
In this way, we decided to renovate it into a ramen restaurant while retaining the remains of the town restaurant.
Kanonji Port is a port that connects Ibuki Island, where Kagawa’s branded food “Ibuki Iriko” is produced.
We offer special ramen that was born from the culture of Sanuki udon and the soup stock that uses plenty of Ibuki sardines.
On November 19, 2020, the trade name was changed to “Sanuki Ramen Ibuki Iriko Center”, which is the current name.
